If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, a free replacement or refund will be issued if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Refunds/Replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

Returns are not accepted, since each product is made-to-order which makes it limited and unique. The made-to-order business model reduces the environmental impact of creating unnecessary inventory, allows for more creative products, and helps lower costs. The savings are reflected in the affordable prices passed down to the consumer.
